The TCI Virtual Summit will take place January 13-15, 2021. BUT there are a few keynotes to consider:

  • The ‘trade show floor hours’ are:

Wednesday (11:00 am – 2:00 pm and 3:00 – 6:00 pm)
Thursday (11:00 am – 2:00 pm and 3:00 – 6:00 pm)
Friday (11:00 am – 2:00 pm)

  • Although the scheduled events will take place during specific hours, the show will be available online 24 hours a day during this timeframe. This means attendees can wander into your booth and check out your services at 2 am!
  • In addition, the show floor will be available to registered attendees for 90 days after the event!

Since CEUs will be available for attendees, the TCI Virtual Summit will be a dynamic opportunity for tree workers who need continuing education to maintain certifications. And with a lower registration cost than other virtual shows – the Virtual Summit is set to be the online event for the tree care industry.

Overall Exhibitor Expectations

As an exhibitor, you will be provided with a booth template that you can customize as much as you see fit! Spend as much (or as little time) as you’d like, with instructions and support of both TCIA and our virtual software provider (Intrado). You will create your booth (and upload assets) this fall/winter, roughly 8-10 weeks before the event. The deadline to book your booth is November 30, 2020.

We have put together some introductory slides that help paint the picture of what the event will involve for the exhibitors, as well as some glimpses at the potential look of the event.


Staffing Your Booth

You can have unlimited booth staff attend the event. Please plan to have someone at the booth during the ‘trade show floor hours’ but, the Summit will remain “open” for attendees beyond the assigned hours. So, although your booth does not need to be “staffed,” attendees will still be able to visit your space and view your materials and send you emails or meeting requests.

Quality Leads

When an attendee visits your booth or engages, that lead is automatically captured for you. This means you really focus on engaging the attendees rather than collecting data. In fact, below are some of the data points collected when an attendee visits your booth:

  • Individual booth visitors
  • Those who clicked on a tab
  • Viewed documents and downloaded to their briefcase
  • Booth chat transcripts

Marketing Support

TCIA is excited to launch a robust marketing campaign that focuses on driving qualified attendees to our brand new virtual event. The TCIA Corporate Engagement team will also provide exhibitors with marketing tips to generate buzz for your booth and increase booth traffic.

In addition, the January issue of TCI Magazine is the “Virtual Summit” issue and will feature articles, features, and exhibitor listings for this new event. Consider advertising in this issue (print or online!) to double the impact of your booth!
